What to do if your chosen airline is only offering vouchers or date changes
If your chosen airline is only offering vouchers or date changes, you should contact Friends and Family Travel to discuss your options. Your agent may be able to help you to negotiate a refund from the airline, or they may be able to book you on a different flight with a different airline.
If you are unable to get a refund from the airline, you may be able to file a chargeback with your credit card company. However, it is important to note that chargebacks can be a complex process, and there is no guarantee that you will be successful.
