Booking with us versus with an airline – who is responsible for what?
When you book a flight with Friends and Family Travel, they act as your intermediary between you and the airline. This means that they are responsible for making the booking and providing you with your flight confirmation. However, the airline is ultimately responsible for operating the flight and providing you with transportation.
If there are any problems with your flight, such as a cancellation or delay, you should contact the airline directly. However, Friends and Family Travel can also help you to resolve any issues that you may have.
