I have booked a hotel only – what shall I do?
If you have booked a hotel only and your chosen airline is offering vouchers or date changes, you should contact the hotel to discuss your options. The hotel may be willing to cancel your booking without penalty, or they may be able to change your booking dates to match the new dates of your flight.
If you are unable to change or cancel your hotel booking without penalty, you may be able to file a claim with your travel insurance company. However, it is important to note that not all travel insurance policies cover cancellations due to changes in flight schedules.
