What is a chargeback, and should I make a claim?

A chargeback is a dispute resolution process that allows you to challenge a charge on your credit card statement. Chargebacks can be used in a variety of situations, including if you receive goods or services that are not as described or if you do not receive the goods or services at all.

If your chosen airline is only offering vouchers or date changes and you are unable to get a refund, you may be able to file a chargeback with your credit card company. However, it is important to note that chargebacks can be a complex process, and there is no guarantee that you will be successful.
